Returns
You may request a return if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method of delivery. Since we offer cash on delivery, refunds will be arranged through a suitable cash return or exchange method.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability), please mention it in your return request.
